These are the documents most often requested during subcontractor qualification, environmental permit applications and PCA audit preparation. Official Documents
All files are PDFs. The accreditation certificates and scopes are issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA, www.pca.gov.pl). The PPIS decision authorises OIKOS for drinking water testing in accordance with the Polish drinking water regulation.
