Which OIKOS service do I need?
It depends on what you need to document. Workplace measurements (Workplace Environment) cover OSH compliance and PIP audits. Environmental Testing covers permits, water authority and WIOŚ submissions. Acceptance Testing supports building handover after construction or renovation. Laboratory Subcontracting and Proficiency Testing are for other testing laboratories. Training is open to OSH and laboratory staff. If you are not sure, send your permit, regulation reference or audit requirement to sekretariat@oikoslab.pl and we will direct you to the right service.
Can I order multiple OIKOS services under one contract?
Yes — and we recommend it. Many clients combine workplace measurements, environmental testing and acceptance testing into a single quote and a single coordinated sampling visit. This reduces cost, simplifies your documentation and gives you a single point of contact across all measurements. Tell us the full scope when you request a quote.
How is OIKOS accredited?
OIKOS holds two parallel PCA accreditations: AB 934 for testing under PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025, and PT 010 for proficiency testing organisation under PN-EN ISO/IEC 17043. Both certificates and accreditation scopes are available on our Downloads page. Drinking water testing is additionally approved by PPIS Wrocław.
Can OIKOS act as a subcontractor in our laboratory's quality system?
Yes. OIKOS provides accredited subcontracting services to other laboratories under PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 clause 6.6. The AB 934 accreditation certificate, accreditation scope and PT 010 organiser certificate constitute the documentation required for subcontractor qualification.
