As Data Controller, we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data entrusted to us. Access to our databases is limited to authorised personnel. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.<\/p><p>Due to the nature of our business, data is collected and processed in paper, oral and digital form. We never request sensitive data. Should materials submitted in the course of a project contain sensitive data, please anonymise the documents before sending them \u2014 or notify us in advance, so we can handle them accordingly. Under the GDPR \u201esensitive data\u201d covers special categories such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic and biometric data uniquely identifying a natural person, and data concerning health, sex life or sexual orientation.<\/p><p>We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you provide. Internally we maintain a Confidentiality Policy and a Security &amp; Breach-Response Procedure. We instruct our suppliers to keep data within the EEA wherever possible, and we choose EEA storage when configuring services with sub-processors, to ensure regulatory compliance.<\/p><p>Data may be entrusted, in whole or in part, to processors providing services to the Controller \u2014 in particular IT system suppliers, banks and payment operators, and accounting, legal, audit, consulting and courier services. Automated decision-making is admissible only where it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, where you have given explicit consent, or where it is authorised by Union or Member-State law providing appropriate safeguards. Where such a decision is made about you, you have the right to obtain human intervention, to express your point of view and to contest the decision.<\/p><p><strong>Legal basis.<\/strong> Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Dz.U. No. 144, item 1204), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz.U.
